I had my bedroom air conditioner changed for a higher cooling capacity unit. The past month has been absolutely hot inside my bedroom it faces West and in the full path of the afternoon sun.

Now, like in a pendulum swing, my bedroom is far too cold with the new air conditioner. Thank heavens, I did not fall for the Air Condition Supplier who felt that I should install a unit that is almost double the capacity than the one that I chose.

Even by increasing the cooling temperature to 23 deg. Celcius and at the lowest fan speed, it is still freezing in here. Brrrrrr !!! This bedroom has gone from a kiln to a cold room.

I know that this would not mean a thing for readers who survive near zero cold temperatures. If 23 deg. Celcius is cold for me, I would probably die if I lived in lands where the Winter temperatures are between 10 to 20 deg. Celcius.

Now I will have to think of some way to reduce the cooling by at least half. Perhaps shut half of the air condition ventilator with cardboard. Any suggestions from readers?
